Please note: I am not responsible for delays or errors made by the shipping carrier.

If a package is lost or stolen, I will open an official investigation with the postal service. Based on the outcome of that case, I will either issue a refund or send a replacement.

Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The wall hanging must be returned in its original condition and secure packaging. A refund will be issued upon receiving the returned item, minus the original delivery cost.

Please note that while shipping is included in the product price, it will be subtracted from the refund if the item is returned. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, custom-made pieces are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, I will work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure the finished piece aligns perfectly with your vision and expectations.
