For ready-to-ship wall hangings, items are dispatched within 2–3 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.

Not to worry, please, feel free to bush the button ‘require the same piece’ near the item’s description and I will contact you as soon as possible. 

As all items are crafted from natural materials such as cotton, linen, and wool, some creasing or displacement may occur during transportation. This can be easily corrected by hanging the piece promptly upon delivery. You can adjust the fringe with your fingers and reposition any threads or ropes by hand.

Please note that these items are not washable and should not be treated with any detergents. To maintain their appearance, gently dust the wooden elements and lightly shake off any dust, similar to how you would handle a delicate carpet. All care should be performed with caution to avoid damaging the patterns or materials.
